Norton Removal Instructions:

You may have another antivirus program installed. If you have removed this application, remnants of its files can stick around and cause system conflicts. If so, you will need to completely uninstall and delete all pertinent files from your system, including your registry, to resolve your issue.

Please visit the link listed below to download the utility. With that utility you should be able to delete all registries entries pertaining to Norton.
